Day 140, Scrambled Eggs with Green Tomato

Lately I was so infatuated with breakfast and eggs. Over the last few days, I always wake up early and prepare my breakfast. Using fresh ingredients and make it simple that's the key to make perfect breakfast.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 pound green tomato
  • 1/2 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 red chillies
  • salt and pepper


  • Grilled green tomatoes in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat for a few minutes, turning occasionally. Remove tomato from skillet, peeled the burnt skin and chopped. Set aside
  • Heat a tablespoon olive oil in a medium-sized skillet on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until softened. Add the minced chillies and chopped tomato. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add eggs to the pan. Gently stirring and scraping the eggs from the bottom of pan with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
