I found the inspiration to make this cake when I read Supernova: Ksatria, Puteri dan Bintang Jatuh. Supernova  is the science fiction series of a young novelist’s Dewi Lestari. Theres a part when Diva bake a pandan cake and then eat it together with Ferre. I think  Diva made a pandan chiffon cake but I wanted something different, I want a pandan cake with a hint of lime leaves.

I pulled this pandan cake recipe from my mom recipe folder. She got this recipe from an old friend.  What make this cake special is an infused coconut milk.
