Garlic Butter Popcorn
-Sliced green onion
-Sliced green pepper
-Salt and pepper
-Soaked rice noodles in water for 3-5 minutes or cook according to package instruction but dont overcooked your rice noodles. Drain and set aside.
-Heat a nonstick pan in a medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and pan fried your chinese cabbages until golden brown, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a same pan and add sliced chicken liver and cook until change color. Add minced garlic and sliced green pepper, saute until fragrant. Add rice noodles, green onion, chinese cabbages, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper and mix everything together. Remove from pan and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
