There’s really nothing more lovely than a bowl of homemade curry laksa. I used shrimp and chicken, but if you want to make it fancy just skip the chicken and add more seafood- like squid, mussels, fish or fish cakes. Day 158,Nasi Goreng Teri dan Pete

My family is not a big fan of pete but sometimes we like to use it some dishes. For me pete best eaten with spicy food or combined with other  other strongly flavoured food such as sambal, sambal goreng, salted dried fish, shrimp or shrimp paste. We just buy pete when its cheap and abundant and keep it in storage or you can freezing it.
