
Ginger and Garlic Rice Porridge
I’m huge fan of a congee or rice porridge…it’s comforting and delicious. Congee is usually served as a breakfast but sometimes I enjoy as lunch or even dinner.
Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice
3 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Condiment:
4 eggs, 1 eggs per portion
5 garlic, minced
2 inch ginger, minced
4 tbsp sliced scallion
Soy sauce
Toasted sesame oil
