Home-made Shrimp Ball with Carrot and Shiitake Mushroom
My mum wants a soup for dinner because she have a sore throat. My first plan is making a chicken soup but I remember I’m having shrimp in my freezer and I’m craving a Chinese style soup. First I’m preparing the broth using ginger,garlic and chicken feet or if you want you can use a shrimp shells to make a broth.
